SPECIFICATIONS

Specification

1) Maintenance of Parks and landscaped areas includes watering of plants,  manuring and up  
   keeping of the garden.
2) Providing 1 security guard round the clock.
3) Plumber, Electrician or civil engineer on call.
4) Cleaning of 
     a) Sump and Over Head Tank once in Two Months.
     b) Storm water drains as and when required.
     c) Plot cleaning removing weeds once in 15 days.
     d) Septic tanks as and when required.
5) Painting Grills at park, common areas, Entrance Arch and gate once in a year.
6) Water, Electrical and Sewerage line maintenance.
7) Electricity and Water bill will be paid by us for maintenance.
8) Maintenance of Street lights includes replacement of bulbs / Cfl / Led.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1) Maintenance charges will be Rs 5 per sqft. Per Annum Plus service tax as applicable.
2) Payments should be made at the beginning of the contract and on annual basis only.
3) Cheques / DD / RTGS to be made in favor of Nimishamba  Infratech.
4) Receipt will be given after the instrument is cleared in the bank.
